DLA Piper Poland’s Business Support team is currently made up of 80 individuals, who assist our lawyers in the performance of their everyday tasks. The team plays a key role in the efficient operation of the law firm and the provision of the highest level of services to our clients. Currently, we are recruiting a Receptionist in our Warsaw office.
Main duties and responsibilities
- day-to-day running of the reception desk: greeting visitors, providing customer service in accordance with company standards;
- taking care of the company image: aesthetics of the reception desk, meeting rooms, common areas;
- organisation and service of meetings and conferences;
- replying to telephone calls and e-mails from clients, connecting calls;
- cooperating with the administration department in monitoring the stock of food and office supplies;
- liaising with all departments and individuals in the office to provide and communicate information;
- acting as the good spirit of the office.
About you
- high level of commitment and a sense of responsibility, "can do" attitude;
- Polish language skills at a C1 oral and written level;
- B1/B2 fluency in spoken and written English;
- Ability to use MS Outlook and MS Office;
- ability to prioritise, plan, organise and coordinate activities,
- ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment,
- communication skills, high personal culture and knowledge of business standards.
- Experience of working in a reception, office or other environment would be an advantage.
