Front Desk Receptionist – Kraków Office

Our Kraków office is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to become the operational heartbeat of the space.

Role Overview
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders. You’ll work alongside real estate, IT, and workplace experience teams to deliver a seamless, smart, and secure front office operation that reflects the high standards of a tech organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the tech-enabled first impression for visitors, employees, clients, and partners entering the Kraków office
- Operate front-desk technology platforms including Envoy (visitor management), Zoom (conference coordination), Coda (documentation), and internal ticketing systems
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes, issue and monitor employee badges, and support on-site security protocols
- Monitor space readiness and flag any IT, facility, or experience-related issues via internal ticketing
- Support vendor access management and assist with onboarding external providers
- Coordinate room bookings, tech-enabled meetings, AV setup, and logistics for executive events and leadership visits
- Maintain hardware and inventory control for office tech supplies (e.g., tablets, headsets, chargers)
- Assist with real estate and workplace experience (WX) initiatives—from environmental improvements to employee feedback loops
- Act as a local expert—recommending venues, transport options, and restaurants for internal events or visiting teams
What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in a tech-focused administrative, facilities, or front-of-house role
- Comfortable with workplace tech platforms and eager to learn new tools
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset—you catch the small issues before they become big problems
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Polish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be interacting with engineers, execs, and external guests daily
- Able to work independently, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to shifting needs
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: 5,500.00zł - 6,000.00zł per month
