This role can be done in a fully remote working model.
Your role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach with a strong background in Agile frameworks, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and proficiency in Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile events, coach teams in Agile practices, and ensure the successful delivery of products. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation journey, fostering an Agile mindset that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement for all digital products of Enabling Functions with focus on Finance. Your key responsibilities include facilitating Agile Events, lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team collaboration and communication. You will be coaching and mentoring teams, stakeholders and Management on Agile principles and practices within the SAFe framework, fostering self-management and cross-functionality to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration. You will manage product backlog, collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will prepare and facilitate PI Planning sessions, ensuring alignment of team objectives with business goals and assisting in defining and communicating PI objectives. You will help teams identify dependencies and risks, and remove impediments that hinder progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leverage Azure DevOps to enhance team collaboration, visualize progress, streamline workflows, and provide real-time insights into team performance. Ensure alignment with SAFe practices across multiple teams and stakeholders, supporting the organization in achieving high performance. Support the team in delivering quality products while achieving high performance, driving accountability and ownership within the team.
Who you are:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Project Management Professional (PMP)) are a plus.
- Proven experience in executing agile transformations in large organizations. Ability to implement and scale agile practices at the enterprise level.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and its application in Agile project management.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, stakeholders and management.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts and impediments.
