What will you do with us?
- Creating, communicating and maintaining the product vision and long-term strategy - both internally (team, stakeholders) and externally (customers, partners).
- Preparing and executing the product go-to-market strategy.
- Product lifecycle management - from discovery, through development, to launch and optimization.
- Creating and implementing a product roadmap based on business goals
- Identifying product and cost risks and optimizing operational activities.
- Cooperating with the CTO, development team, design, marketing and sales - working in a cross-functional model.
- Cooperating with clients and customer success teams - collecting feedback, conducting product interviews (discovery).
- Implementing and interpreting product analytics
- Analysing competition and market trends in the area of SaaS, AI, etc. products.
- Co-creating product documentation and materials for clients
- Presenting solutions at conferences and meetings
Our requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in introducing new products to the market
- Experience in product verification/validation
- Support for marketing activities and creating Go-To-Market strategies
- Proactivity and ability to identify new opportunities for product development
- Strong communication skills – both with technical and business teams
- Analysis of competition and market trends in the area of SaaS products, AI, etc
- Experience in working with large organizations and strategic partners (e.g. corporations, global technology players)
- Focus on measuring results and making decisions based on data (data-informed / data-driven)
- Analytical and strategic thinking – focus on effects (outcome over output)
- Product lifecycle management – from discovery, through development, to launch and optimization
- Creating and implementing a product roadmap based on business goals
- Cooperation with clients and customer success teams – collecting feedback, conducting product interviews (discovery)
- Independence in leading initiatives and making product decisions
- Ability to bridge the perspectives of the user, technical team, and business
