Job Description
- Take full responsibility for the project's product metrics;
- Work on product funnels, the cashier and user retention;
- Identify product bottlenecks and suggest improvements;
- Conduct marketing research and implement a customer development methodology to identify growth points;
- Organize the work of various teams to achieve the best results.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management in B2C business with focus on retention;
- Ability to take charge and lead projects;
- Experience in using AB tests to improve product performance;
- Decision-making based on thorough data analysis;
- Deep understanding of product performance metrics;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Ability to identify product bottlenecks and find creative solutions;
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and markets;
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop products tailored to local audiences;
- English: at least B2, Ukrainian would be a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEA region; experience with iGaming industry
