Product Compliance and Certification Specialist

Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in product compliance, ideally within the lighting or electrical/electronic equipment industry. Experience with marine certifications is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate combines strong regulatory knowledge with a hands-on approach to product validation and documentation.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. LVD, EMC,MED, RoHS)
• Follow up on standards and legislation
• Provide guidance on compliance during product development
• Support testing and documentation for CE declarations
• Support internal teams with regulatory interpretation and compliance strategy
• Cooperate with external test labs, notified bodies, and certification partners (e.g. DNV, UL, BBJ)
Conducting certification processes

Our requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product compliance, certification, or testing.
• Solid understanding of CE marking process and relevant directives (LVD, EMC, RoHS, MED)
• Familiarity with product testing, risk assessment, and conformity assessment procedures.
• Experience in working with standards such as IEC 60598, IEC 60092-306, IEC 60533, or similar will be a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Technical knowledge of electrical/electronic products
