We're looking for a passionate and driven Product Owner to join our Workplace team at our welcoming and collaborative office in Warsaw, Poland.
At Workplace, we’re on a mission to redefine the digital work experience. You’ll be at the heart of this transformation, working with modern, enterprise-grade technologies that empower thousands of users every day. Our focus areas include:
- Device Management with Microsoft Intune
- Collaboration Tools on the Microsoft 365 platform
- Identity & Directory Services using Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
- Hosted Applications that ensure seamless, secure productivity
As a Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering solutions that are essential to our customers’ daily work. The products you help develop are the primary gateway to accessing most BEC services, making your impact both visible and meaningful. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a clear product outcome & value-driven backlog for our Microsoft 365 agile team. But your role goes far beyond that. You'll collaborate closely with a wide network of experts across BEC and engage directly with our clients – the banks – to ensure our solutions truly meet their needs.
If you're excited about building intuitive, secure, and scalable workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll report to Product Manager Henrik Ellesø and work alongside two other skilled Product Owners within the domain, forming a tight-knit team that supports and challenges each other to deliver the best possible outcome.
At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month.
