- Lead and manage the production team in achieving daily, weekly and monthly output targets
- Oversee production schedules, inventory control and cost efficiency to ensure on-time delivery and optimal quality
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and apply corrective actions where necessary
- Mentor and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role within the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1 preferred)
- Proven experience with Lean tools / Theory of constraints / Agile
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Hands-on, data-driven mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
- English proficiency required (spoken and written)
