Your responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of PMG (FME Procurement) criteria and new ways of working
Conduct daily internal procurement (pre-)audits based on samples to assess compliance in areas such as contracts, benefit reporting, and bidding processes
Summarize audit findings, define corrective actions, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders (e.g., GCM, GCL, GPLT members)
Monitor implementation of corrective actions
Prepare reports on audits performed, highlighting key findings and trends
Propose recommendations to improve overall compliance and minimize deviations
Support initiatives to raise awareness and improve communication among procurement colleagues
Our requirements:
Studies in Finance, Accounting, Legal, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and accountability
Persistence and a proactive mindset
Good communication skills
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
