We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Inbound Logistics Planner to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (working from the office).
As part of our Supply Chain department, you'll play a vital role in streamlining processes, ensuring efficient material flow, and strengthening cooperation with our suppliers. We're looking for someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to drive continuous improvement – all while maintaining a good sense of humor and a win-win mindset in daily collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage orders for raw materials and parts
- Monitor and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate supplier development and cooperation
- Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and parts
- Drive process improvements and best practices across teams and sites
Background & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-focused approach
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Respect for business needs and operational requirements
- Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP R/3 and Business Intelligence experience is a plus
