Paid Media Specialist/Performance Marketing Specialist

About Us
DK Music Group is a global music marketing company helping independent artists grow their streams, fans, and careers. We run campaigns across Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond, working with thousands of artists worldwide. We’re now looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our international team.
What the Role Involves
This role is split into two areas:
1. Academy & Agency Ads
Running and optimising campaigns for our own Academy (DK-MBA) and Agency offers — generating leads, sales, and brand awareness.
2. Client Campaigns
Managing music-focused ads for our artist clients — driving fan growth, brand visibility, and streams across Spotify, YouTube, and socials.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Test and refine targeting strategies to drive conversions.
- Manage budgets responsibly (from small tests to multi-thousand campaigns).
- Create reports, analyse results, and suggest improvements.
- Work with our content/creative team to align ads with bigger release strategies.
- Grow into funnel strategy and work with team members on this — landing pages, retargeting, nurture sequences, CRO (you won't need to build this).
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of paid media buying experience (Meta Ads required; Google Ads a plus).
- Proven track record of running profitable campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into action.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team.
- Ideally worked in online education/course sales
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ambition to grow beyond ad buying into funnel and performance marketing.
