Global IS Department ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manages and lead a team of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialists to evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics. Each day, you will ensure the execution of quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying trends that could improve business performance.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the global Process Automation business. Main stakeholders are decision makers in various Process Automation functional and divisions (finance, HR, operations, sales, service, risk management, integrity, digital).
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports, through the team.
- Collating and prioritizing business and domain/functional use-cases to architect and design solutions to meet business needs.
- Acts as a subject matter expert in designing and building new dashboards and identifying the right metrics and layout using best practices and intuitive visualization.
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes and ensuring their adoption and solution development.

Qualifications for the role
Technical expertise and qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics and AI domains delivering critical, global solutions to various management levels and customers.
- Datacloud technology experience e.g., Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS, snowflake, databricks.
Leadership and interpersonal skills:
- 5+ years of global and high-level leadership and management experience in data/analytics/AI domains (e.g. data domain management, global analytics lead, or CD&AO).
- Proven experience in building high performing teams size of 30+; innovating in building efficient working methods in areas of Data and Analytics Operations, products management, DevOps, SAFe.
Problem-solving and innovation complexity:
- Efficient communicating in a complex environment, excellent negotiation skills, managing large number of stakeholders, managing escalations, consulting C-levels, running Steering Committees, etc.
- Demonstrating resilience, self-control, and the capacity to effectively manage stress and pressure.
