Full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility to extend into a permanent role

We’re looking for a P2P Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes – from invoice processing and vendor payments to reconciliations and supporting month-end closing. You’ll be part of a dynamic and international environment, helping us improve the way we work and building best practices for the future.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, in line with company policies and local regulations

• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, matching invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts

• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements

• Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding issues

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP

• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within P2P

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (P2P) in an SSC, BPO, or multinational environment

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and P2P processes

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment

• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

• Accounts reconciliation experience – nice to have
