Full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility to extend into a permanent role
We're looking for a P2P Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes – from invoice processing and vendor payments to reconciliations and supporting month-end closing. You'll be part of a dynamic and international environment, helping us improve the way we work and building best practices for the future.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, in line with company policies and local regulations
Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, matching invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements
Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding issues
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within P2P
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (P2P) in an SSC, BPO, or multinational environment
Solid understanding of accounting principles and P2P processes
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
Accounts reconciliation experience – nice to have
