Your profile
- advanced level of Dutch / French / German / Italian / Portuguese / Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills
- good level of English
- strong communication and customer service skills
- 1 to 2 years of international contact center experience
- proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
- strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change
Your tasks
- manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email
- troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution
- maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
- identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates
