About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the finance and operations functions with tasks ranging from data collection and reporting to documentation and interdepartmental coordination. This position is critical to maintaining operational accuracy and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and structure cost-per-client data
- Gather weekly and monthly statistical reports for all active legal entities, using established templates.
- Collect and process bank statements from all partner financial institutions.
- Assist with budgeting support: data collection and analysis of project outcomes.
- Help prepare documentation for annual financial reporting and audits.
- Assist in preparing and submitting Safeguarding & Liquidity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project-related requests.
Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, finance, or administrative roles.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
