Office Assistant

You Will:

• Provide ongoing administrative support to associates;
• Organize office supplies, groceries, and other necessary orders;
• Ensure the office is well-maintained on a daily basis;
• Oversee the company’s fixed assets;
• Report technical office issues to the technical service;
• Prepare office spaces for associates and coordinate office access;
• Assist associates during meetings, including welcoming guests and arranging necessary equipment and orders;
• Manage the company’s email inbox and HQ documentation workflow, both internally and externally;
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers;
• Coordinate office and administrative invoices;
• Update internal administrative documents;
• Organize business trips;
• Support the Direct Manager with assigned tasks and cooperate with other departments.

Desired Experience: 

• At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in administration;
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities;
• High attention to detail and accuracy;
• Positive attitude, openness to challenges, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Strong motivation to deliver high-quality administrative support;
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish;
• Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
