Your main tasks
- Support migration of O2C processes from European countries to Kraków
- Perform cash collection processing, including reminders, customer communication, and resolving payment discrepancies
- Assist with Credit Management activities, such as aging analysis, dunning, and credit risk review
- Research and resolve customer disputes and monitor accounts for non-payments or delays
- Manage blocked sales orders, deliveries, and recommend changes to credit limits
- Prepare bad debt reserve calculations per corporate policy
- Execute O2C reporting and monitor KPIs to ensure performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Your ideal background
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the industrial products or manufacturing industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish (B2)
