O2C Business Process Expert
We are looking for a new team member to join our Center of Excellence Finance Team—a dynamic group of professionals driving process improvement initiatives and leading the digitalization agenda across finance operations. As part of this team and developing our Order to Cash transformation capabilities, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Order to Cash processes, with a particular focus on the Order to Invoice cycle, including Order Management, Billing, and Bonus Agreements Management.
Area of Responsibility:
- Lead the design and implementation of the Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation.
- Own and maintain the Finance End-to-End (E2E) process model, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and aligned with global standards.
- Support the Global Process Owner (GPO) in rolling out global programs across various Business Units.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while monitoring performance metrics and reporting on process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, sales, customer service, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of O2C processes.
Specific Tasks:
- Analyze existing O2C processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Research and apply market best practices and emerging technologies to enhance Danish Crown’s O2C capabilities.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of O2C systems and tools, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
- Prepare and present reports on O2C performance, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver training and support to O2C teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Educational Background:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Order to Cash or a related finance role, with a proven track record of process improvement and optimization, especially in Order to Invoice area. Experience in Credit Management, Collections and Cash Application is an asset.
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, strong knowledge of SAP SD module is a must. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management Skills: proven ability to deliver projects timely and accurately
- Working in hybrid model (50% office presence is required)
