Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic media plans that align with client or brand objectives, target audience profiles, and budget requirements.
- Research and analyze media consumption habits, audience data, and market trends.
- Recommend the most effective media mix across channels such as TV, radio, digital, social, print, out-of-home (OOH), and streaming platforms.
- Collaborate with media buyers to ensure plan execution and negotiate ad placements, rates, and terms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize media plans in real time using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Present plans, media rationales, and performance reports to stakeholders or clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, new media platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency or multi-channel marketing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with media buying processes is a plus.
- Experience with programmatic advertising or omnichannel campaign planning.
- Knowledge of media math and ROI modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning platforms (e.g., MediaOcean, Prisma).
