Distribution Requirements Planner EMEA

Are you passionate about optimizing product flow and ensuring inventory accuracy across regions? FMC is looking for a Distribution Requirements Planner to manage finished product distribution across multiple countries and ensure inventory correctness at third-party warehouses. In this role, you’ll collaborate with planning, logistics, and customer service teams to drive supply chain efficiency and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Plan Product Distribution: Convert planned requisitions into stock transfer orders and execute weekly distribution plans across the EMEA region (1–6 months horizon)

• Manage Inventory Movements: Monitor stock transfer order (STO) stability and resolve deviations through root cause analysis

• Support Inventory Accuracy: Coordinate quarterly and annual inventory reconciliations and manage inventory corrections

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Master Schedulers, Demand Planners, and Logistics to align supply with demand and resolve issues

• Maintain System Accuracy: Ensure SAP reflects real-time supply chain activity and support slow-moving inventory action plans

• Tracking, monitoring imports: upstream and downstream coordination with LSPs, plants and planning

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, planning

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and planning metrics

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
