ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose
As a Market Technical Engineer, you will support the aftermarket by handling product complaints, conducting technical training, and providing expert feedback on product quality and performance. You will act as the voice of the market, supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical expertise and insights to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Market Area: Mazowieckie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie and Podlaskie Voivodship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product complaint handling across all product groups
- Conduct on-site tire inspections and provide technical support to customers
- Deliver technical and product training to internal teams and external partners
- Monitor product quality, analyze data, and report findings (QCI/ZD)
- Support prototype testing and provide feedback to HQ
- Promote ISO standards and support internal audits
- Follow up on product performance and market trends
- Support business units with technical expertise and feasibility studies
- Coordinate implementation and training for digital tools (e.g., DCMS B-Warranty)
- Act as a key contact for liability cases and complex claims
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
- Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred: Quality Management, Mechanics, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Machinery Design)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in sales & marketing, quality, after-sales or technical field support is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/ERP3 is a plus
- Driving license (category B)
- Willingness to travel
Languages Skills:
- English – minimum B2 level
- Other EU languages are a plus
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Customer-focused and performance-driven mindset
