Description:
You will be part of the global legal team of Glamox Group, a Norwegian industrial group led by the parent company, Glamox AS. This position is based in Kraków, with responsibilities spanning various subsidiaries across the Group. You will report to the Head of Legal, who is also based in Kraków, alongside another legal team member. The remaining legal team is located in Oslo.
Approximately 80% of your work will be conducted in English.
Your responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g. sales and supply contracts) in both English and Polish
- Supervise and support the Group’s compliance with data protection regulations, including advising internal stakeholders and handling data protection-related matters,
- Provide day-to day legal advice on various matters, including civil law, commercial company law, labour law, and compliance topics
- Support corporate governance processes, including the preparation and review of board resolutions
- Develop and maintain corporate documentation, including internal policies and procedures at both local and group level
- Implement internal regulations across the Glamox Group Prepare and conduct internal legal training sessions
Our requirements:
- Qualified attorney-at-law (radca prawny or adwokat), with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Fluent in English, including legal drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize complex legal issues clearly and concisely
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Demonstrates sound judgment, high ethical standards, and a business-oriented approach Knowledge of German will be considered an asset
