We are looking for a proactive and creative legal professional with experience or a strong interest in the iGaming industry to join our team in the role of Legal & Compliance Officer. This position lies at the intersection of regulatory compliance and legal operations within the dynamic world of iGaming.

Purpose of the role:
You’ll work at the intersection of regulatory compliance and legal operations, playing a key role in supporting our business within the fast-paced world of iGaming.
You’ll contribute to maintaining and enhancing our global compliance standards while helping navigate complex legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Your work will enable cross-functional collaboration between legal, product, and operational teams — driving clarity, minimizing risk, and ensuring we remain compliant and competitive in an evolving international landscape.
Key responsibilities:
- Licensing Support: Participate in licensing processes across various jurisdictions.
- Policy & Documentation drafting: Draft and maintain internal policies, Terms & Conditions, KYC documents, and other user-facing content.
- Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, regulatory documentation specific to iGaming.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company’s ongoing compliance with applicable iGaming regulations and licensing requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with regulators, service providers, and government authorities.
- Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Conduct due diligence on partners and clients; assess legal and reputational risks.
- Legal Research: Monitor regulatory updates, conduct legal research, and provide insights for business and risk teams.
Required Experience:
- Higher education in Law, Compliance, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience within IGaming companies
- English language (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
- Sharp legal mind with a structured, yet creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus
