Project/Program Manager – Technical & Operational Initiatives
We are looking for a highly adaptable and proactive Project/Program Manager to join our Program Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will lead and support a variety of technical initiatives such as technical migrations, cloud adoption, and tooling rollouts - while also managing critical operational and administrative functions across the technology organization.
This is not a traditional PM role. We’re seeking someone who embraces the evolving nature of project management in the age of AI - someone who is curious, flexible, and ready to redefine the boundaries of the role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute technical projects and programs across the organization
- Manage administrative and operational tasks such as workforce planning, headcount tracking, and performance metrics tracking
- Own and maintain trackers and dashboards for organizational reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineering, product, HR, finance, and leadership
- Proactively identify gaps and take initiative to solve problems - even when they fall outside traditional PM scope
- Embrace and explore how AI and automation can reshape project management practices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive reporting
- Support contracts with vendors and suppliers by monitoring tasks and deliverables
- Support ad hoc initiatives that may not be strictly project-related but are critical to organizational success
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Rally)..
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A flexible mindset and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and
- solve problems creatively
- Curiosity and openness to evolving the PM role in the context of AI and automation
