Junior/Specialist Private Capital Treasury Management and Operations
Responsibilities:
As part of managing the Private Debt Funds’ liquidity, TMO main tasks are ensuring debt transactions (RCFs) are timely captured in the system, settled and reflected correctly in the reporting.
Completing monthly/quarterly RCF reconciliation
Cash management: analysis of the portfolio incomes and asset sales reception by reconciling and proposing proceeds allocation accurately within the structures.
Investigation of possible discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls.
Calculation of management fees
Development and enhancement of working files in a growing environment.
Maintaining effective communication with the location.
Supporting the migrations of new operational activities.
Requirements:
University degree or Student (economy or finances related)
Fluent English (min C1)
Knowledge of Private Capital Funds will be considered as an advantage.

Organization & communication skills
Strong attention to details
Problem solving skills
Teamwork orientation and collaborative attitude
Technical expertise on relevant applications associated to the process, including knowledge on FIA e-Front platform will be considered as an advantage.
