Private Capital TA Officer
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping of Static Data changes: collect, analyze and book static data changes.
Support of Quality control of the data: perform and coordinate controls; validation of corrections.
Handling of all incoming requests linked to Static Data, either from clients or investors, regarding the Private Capital TA requests.
Ensure that checklists are completed on time, exhaustively and double-checked with Transfer Agent Privat Capital Luxembourg Team before providing the output to the clients
Maintaining efficient external and internal relationships with clients, investors, managers, TA PC Lux
Provide client service & support for Transfer Agent Private Capital Luxembourg Team and ongoing Static Data issues.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or Finance
Fluent in English (other language will be an advantage)
Previous experience in financial sector
Good communication skills
Analytical skills
Be able to conduct a clear analysis covering all the aspects, causes and interactions
Precision and attention to details
Microsoft Office knowledge
