The Position
Junior in Talent Acquisition
The opportunity:
We’re looking for a new team member to join our Global Talent Acquisition function, which operates across the EMEA region. Locally, you'll be working alongside three closely collaborating Strategic Talent Acquisition Partners who are always ready to share their knowledge and support.
This is a junior position, ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in talent acquisition. You will start by supporting day-to-day recruitment activities and gradually take on more responsibilities as your experience grows. We are open for candidates who are reskilling from other areas.
You will:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes: from intake meetings to interview coordination and candidate communication.
Sourcing and screening candidates across a range of roles.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the broader recruitment team.

Who you are:
You’re highly motivated to grow your career in recruitment.
You have a basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.
You enjoy connecting with people and learning about their motivations.
You’re customer-focused and eager to develop in an international setting.
You’re a team player and can collaborate with various stakeholders.
You have excellent communication skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
You’re well-organized and pay attention to detail.
