As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with various tasks related to sourcing, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop their professional skills in a dynamic environment.
What are we looking for?
- Strong interest in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Polish and English, both in speech and writing
- Ability to assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for diverse international candidates.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing application data and paperwork.
- Collaborative attitude and proactive approach to support the talent acquisition team in achieving hiring goals.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and gathering candidate information.
- Helping maintains the applicant tracking system and other recruitment databases.
- Contributing to various recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
