Role: Junior HR & Payroll Specialist
Responsabilities:
Preparing work certificates (several dozen per month)
Preparing GUS reports (DG-1, Z-03, Z-06, Z-05, Z-03, and Z-12)
Answering employee questions regarding their remuneration
Preparing salary certificates
Operating the ticket system
Preparing mail for the client
Reports for the client based on existing instructions
Experience:
Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Communicative English skills
Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills
