Your responsibilities
- Administration of car fleet in the selected European countries
- Ordering of company cars based on approved requests from Business Units
- Managing car replacement process
- Obtaining contract calculations from leasing companies
- Providing information to local Payroll/HR about changes in cars and users as well as expiration of leasing agreements
- Functioning as the first point of contact for car users (information on process and rules)
- Driver database maintenance
- Informing users of speed and parking fines that need to be paid by the user
- Monitoring fuel purchases by administering fuel cards for all vehicles to their respective drivers
- Reporting on fuel consumption and facilitating global ESG reporting process
- Promoting EV transition
- Communication with HR and Procurement dep. to improve management model and local car fleet policies
- Continuous maintenance and updating of the car flet management system
Our requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience in car fleet management in corporate client service
- Higher education
- Good understanding of the car fleet management process
- Good knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel especially)
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
- Ownership for tasks and projects
- Good communication skills and high customer focus
- Constructive mindset and problem-solving approach with attention to detail
