As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff you will be responsible for end-to-end process on dedicated portfolio of customers.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Maintain perfect relations with our Customers and Vendors, while ensuring timely payments for our receivables and obligations
- Help resolving customers queries
- Perform internal reporting to our finance Stakeholders
- Conduct regular financial risk assesment reviews of our strategic partners on dedictated markets
- Support master data management and cash application structures

- Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak language (B2/C1, preferably both languages)
- Very good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
- Knowledge of elementary accounting
- Good time management skills
- Knowledge of the end to end finance process
