We are looking for a Finance Administrator for our Credit & Collections Team!
This role is responsible for providing support to the Credit Management & Collections Team across EMEA to ensure the business is maximising cash collection, minimising credit risk & maintaining audit standards for the business.
Based in our office in Krakow the Finance Administrator Credit & Collections will be responsible for key business activities which are critical to the success of the EMEA Order to Cash function.
This role will require ownership of specific assignments relevant to delivery of change projects.
The duties will include but not to be limited to the following:
- Build strong relationships across among internal & external customers.
- Protect and maximise the company’s investments through effective management of key responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service with a proactive and solution focussed approach.
The role will be a critical contact in maintaining strong relationships between Farnell EMEA internal/ external customers. You will be expected to communicate in English & French.

What you will be doing?
- Shared Mailboxes: Triaging incoming emails into mailbox queues to support the Credit & Collections teams.
- Respond where appropriate to resolve queries
- Supporting Salesforce case management activity within Credit & Collections Team EMEA.
- Providing administrative support to the Credit & Collections Team EMEA
- Data collation in support of KPI reporting.
- Projects: Specific tasks or preparation work may be assigned to support successful delivery of finance projects.
- Internal comms with Stakeholders.
