What you’ll do
- Design and implement cutting-edge testing tools and test frameworks in collaboration with developers, aiming for best-in-class software and network performance measurement.
- Champion automation by identifying optimization opportunities for testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take ownership of product quality through comprehensive risk analysis, quality activity planning and test execution, ensuring the best user experience.
- Engage in collaborative efforts across functions, promoting our culture of open communication, skill sharing, and mutual support.
- Drive continuous improvement in our QA processes, tools, and practices, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

What you’ll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with significant focus on automation engineering, plus strong complementary manual testing skills for exploratory, usability, and edge case validation.
- Expert-level programming skills and proven test automation experience for both web and backend technologies (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST API automation frameworks). Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, or Go is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
- Strong background in performance and load testing (e.g., K6, JMeter) and ability to interpret metrics.
- Experience in API contract testing, mocking, and service virtualization.
Ability to design and implement automation strategies from scratch, and mentor others in automation best practices. - A proactive, innovative mindset with excellent communication skills and a high sense of ownership over product quality.
