Department Overview
Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. Job Description
- Reviewing a company’s financial statements
- Performing credit research, analysis and general due diligence in order to determine creditworthiness of current and future customers in regional portfolios
- Completing due diligence on financial institutions and key countries/markets
- Performing self-assessments to ensure compliance to credit policies and procedures
- Gaining a firm and in-depth understanding of the risk of non-payment by one entity to another entity
- Cooperating with AR Department to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the departmental standards
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, or the equivalent
- Understanding of financial statements and financial ratio is a distinct advantage
- Proficient Google suite skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly accurate, great attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to develop professional expertise
- Professional and proactive approach to work
- Make decisions using sound judgment and consult when appropriate
