What you'll do
- Define and implement quality assurance frameworks for IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with Knauf’s global standards and compliance requirements
- Lead quality assessments and reviews across project phases to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, reporting findings to senior stakeholders including C-Level
- Collaborate with program and project managers and delivery teams to embed quality checkpoints and continuous improvement practices throughout the lifecycle
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor quality performance, ensuring transparency and accountability across all IT initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor and ambassador on quality topics, proactively identifying trends and driving initiatives that enhance delivery excellence and business customer satisfaction
Who you are
- Proven experience in IT project quality assurance or governance roles, ideally within large-scale transformation programs and international environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex quality data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma) or project assurance (e.g., IPMA) is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is advantageous
