Role and responsibilities
- Support in resolving incidents and problems related to infrastructure, applications, operating systems, and networks
- Performing routine maintenance and operational tasks to ensure smooth IT system operations
- Cooperation with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support teams on more complex incidents
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software
- Monitoring IT equipment stock levels and informing supervisors about purchasing needs
- Adhering to established processes and quality standards for servicing internal and external customers
Key requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal client expectations
- Fluent English and Polish language skills, as well as strong communication abilities
- Responsibility, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges
- Knowledge of Windows systems and MS Office suite (basic troubleshooting skills)
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Cisco networking technologies is not required but would be beneficial.
