Test Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support regional and global projects of varying size and complexity
• Assist project leads in managing large cross-functional initiatives
• Analyze current and proposed business/technical processes and recommend improvements
• Develop and execute UAT scenarios; track issues, defects, and resolutions
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation of risks or blockers
• Document findings, user manuals, training materials, and deliver training sessions as needed
• Monitor SDLC progress, support release management, and ensure operational readiness
• Participate in planning, strategy, and senior stakeholder meetings
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective test processes
• Advocate for improvements based on analysis of customer issues and system gaps

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing or project support roles
• Proven experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes
• Ability to assess the impact of technology changes on business processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using online collaboration tools
• Experience with global or regional-scale projects, preferably in a corporate or financial setting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including offshore and remote stakeholders
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Flexible with working hours to accommodate North America/global collaboration
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, across multicultural teams
