WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Inventory Optimization Project Specialist, you will provide support within our inventory optimization team, and will drive project initiatives focused on achieving optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring product availability, reducing carrying costs with a direct impact on the business.
You will:
- Develop and execute inventory optimization project, setting clear objectives, timelines, and communication from inventory optimization lens.
- Provide oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address identified issues.
- Support project with analytical insights with the scope of inventory optimization.
- Be a merchandising system expert and an expert of project needs to secure business continuity.
- Lead and support supply chain & commercial initiatives from an inventory optimization lens.
- Support Inventory Optimization Lead with system set up & allocation parameters execution to be correctly set at all times.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role you will collocate with the rest of the merchandising department as well as local area teams and occasionally other supportive functions like Security and Accounting Departments

- Previous experience with physical or online sales.
- High analytical skills and high level of salesmanship.
- Structured approach and possess expertise in inventory management.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- 1-2 years in retail or merchandising are beneficial.
- Preferably university degree in Business, Economics/Finance or similar.

- Collaborative with good communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel user with structured way of working.

This is a full-time role, based on a local contract in Warsaw, Poland. The Inventory Optimization Project Specialist is part of the Merchandising Department and reports to Inventory and Optimization Manager.
