What You Can Expect
- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee surveys.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.
- Support HR decision-making by providing data analysis and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics.
- Research and evaluate new HR analytics tools and technologies.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analysis software, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
