• Leading and managing HR projects, especially globally initiated, from initiation to completion, including developing plans, timelines, and resource allocation on a cluster/country level,
• Support the implementation and management of HR information systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality,
• Collaborating closely with global HR teams and project leaders on a country/cluster level to ensure successful implementation
• Actively contributing to the design and rollout of HR policies and procedures,
• Identifying and integrating innovative HR technologies and digital solutions to streamline processes and elevate the employee experience

For this role as a HR Projects & Innovation Specialist C&EE, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting,
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders,
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines,
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant software (SAP Success Factors experience will be a strong asset),
• Excellent English language is a must,
• Min 2 years of similar experience (e.g HR project management or HR innovation), preferably in an international matrix environmentA mindset focused on innovation, with the ability to identify and implement emerging HR trends and digital solutions.
