Your Role:

As the People Business Partner (HR) Leader for CEE countries, you will partner closely with local leadership teams across Central and Eastern Europe to drive Kenvue’s People Experience Strategy. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor, organizational coach, and HR expert—focusing on culture, engagement, talent, and transformation. You’ll also play a key role in labor relations and employee lifecycle excellence.

You won’t just follow plans — you’ll co-create them, own them, and see your ideas come to life in the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner closely with local leadership to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support in navigating organizational challenges.
  • Lead efforts to shape culture, boost engagement, and drive positive employee experiences.
  • Translate global talent strategies into impactful local initiatives to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent.
  • Coordinate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, ER/LR, and Global Services to ensure integrated, seamless HR solutions.
  • Identify and develop future-fit capabilities across the region in line with strategic goals.
  • Lead change management and communication efforts within client groups.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Central Europe HR teams to align efforts and share best practices.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of HR experience, including Generalist or Employee/Labor Relations roles.
  • Proven track record in multinational environments; FMCG or healthcare experience a plus.
  • Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to turn HR KPIs and business insights into actionable people strategies.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and labor relations practices.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented team player with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent English required.

What You’ll Get in Return:

  • Work with market-leading global brands.
  • Access to tailored development programs and a clear career path within our global HR organization.
  • A supportive, team-first culture that values learning, ownership, and ambition.
  • Hybrid working model (Warsaw-based, 2–3 days from home).
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus.
  • Benefits such as private medical care, life insurance, sports card, and more.
  • Opportunities for international exposure and cross-functional collaboration.

Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, experienced HR team with strong regional ties and a global vision. You’ll work alongside local and regional business leaders to build an environment where people thrive and deliver exceptional results.

Ready to Make an Impact?

We’re looking for talent that thinks big and acts boldly. If you’re ready to accelerate your career in a global, purpose-driven company — apply now and shape the future of everyday health with us.
