What will you do in this role?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team in Poland. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of HR operations, administration, and employee lifecycle support. You will work closely with the Senior People Operations Specialist and contribute to daily HR activities, documentation, and process improvements.

We provide core operational services for both the HR team and the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Employee Documentation
- Support in maintaining and archiving employee documentation (both physical and digital)
- Assist in reviewing and preparing employee files for internal audits
- Track the validity of mandatory medical check-ups and coordinate renewals
- Help update and verify employee data in the HRIS/payroll system
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Provide support in onboarding processes and preparation of onboarding materials
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits
- Monitor HR tickets and ensure timely resolution or escalation
Process & Knowledge Management
- Assist in drafting and updating internal procedures and instructional materials
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal HR knowledge base pages
- Support the creation and formatting of HR document templates
Reporting & Data
- Help prepare HR reports and data summaries
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in an administrative role or internship will be a plus
