- Create, implement & maintain standards, processes, data dictionaries and other documentation around address governance
- Identify, plan and mitigate risks to relevant processes
- Define, create and implement qualitative and quantitative measures / tools to proactively manage data quality of financial & operational addresses
- Identify / analyse root causes that result in lower data quality and swiftly implement long term corrective actions
- Conduct training sessions in countries, ISSC and other relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure governance is followed
- Conduct ISSC audits to ensure governance is followed and utilize findings to create an improvement pipeline and systematically implement improvements
- Periodically review governance and data to implement improvements with emphasis on standardization and automation
- Maintain lessons learnt and utilize findings to create an improvement pipeline and systematically implement improvements
- Collaborate with other GPO/Ss and various other stakeholders in order to drive efficiency and streamlining of the processes
- Drive delivery of assigned projects within the department/involved external stakeholders from initiation to closure
- Manage all tasks in the project to ensure they’re completed without any delays
- Facilitate and manage project team members
- Stakeholder management, communication, queries management, cross functional collaboration with stakeholders such as ISSC, countries, FT Org, downstream system owners, IT, compliance etc
- Lead / assist in leading various projects related to master data
- Ad-hoc requests from upper management
- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education
- Must have experience with various BPMD areas
- Must have experience with process management - mapping, descriptions, improving processes utilizing various methodologies
- Nice to have Experience with MDG & ERP
- Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma for continuous improvement
- Basic knowledge of how to plan, prioritize, manage risks / issues
- Ability to influence and convince others in a collaborative way that results in agreement
- Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and oral information
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and to drive innovation and change
- Planning skills - ability to translate strategy to operational planning and produce concrete results
- Strong decision-making capabilities and high accountability

- Experience working abroad and within corporate environment
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience in project co-ordination, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP is an advantage
