We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Automation Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have software development experience, database knowledge, and an understanding of business processes. You will leverage AI platforms like Make and N8N to enhance business operations and implement automation systems. This is a hands-on technical role that also involves business analysis to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation, assess workflows, and understand the business requirements to propose actionable automation solutions.
- Automation Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy automation workflows using tools such as Make and N8N. Integrate custom scripts or software solutions as needed to enhance functionality.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance automation capabilities, making processes smarter and more efficient while ensuring that business requirements are met.
- Technical Development: Write and optimize code to support automation solutions. Work with databases to manage data workflows and ensure seamless data integration across systems. Collaborate with development team to extend the capabilities of product to unlock business potential
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to gather requirements, support automation efforts, and suggest improvements. Occasionally, support external-facing initiatives that require automation solutions.
- Database Management: Leverage knowledge of databases to manage and automate data flow, ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of business data systems.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously track and monitor the performance of automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement. Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to business leadership on the effectiveness of automation systems.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for all automation processes, including design, workflows, and technical specifications. Provide training to employees on automation tools and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Experience with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar languages) with experience in building and deploying scripts and applications.
- Database Experience:Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) and data integration techniques.
- Business Process Analysis: Experience working with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-driven platforms like Make, N8N, or similar low-code/no-code automation tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams, and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
- Project Management: Ability to manage projects, set priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and integration strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, or web services.
- Background in business intelligence, data analytics, or process optimization.
