About the opportunity: Are you ready to grow your accounting skills in a dynamic, international environment? As a General Ledger Accountant, you’ll have the opportunity to handle a range of essential finance tasks—from VAT reporting and bank transactions to balance sheet reconciliations—while supporting audits and working closely with teams across Europe.
Location: hybrid - Warsaw office (8 days monthly onsite)
What you will be doing:
Carry out standard General Ledger activities to ensure compliance across Epredia EMEA entities, meeting all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end deadlines.
Manage accounting for bank transactions, prepare and submit VAT and Intrastat reports, and process recurring entries related to tangible and intangible assets, prepaid contracts, cost allocations, and other standard GL postings.
Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely financial data.
Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance for European entities.
Respond to ad-hoc queries from business partners and stakeholders, providing clear and timely information.
What you need for success:
A university degree in a finance-related discipline is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in finance, with a solid understanding of General Ledger processes.
Experience working with ERP systems is required; familiarity with SAP modules is strongly preferred.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
