AP Accountant / Senior AP Accountant with French

Your responsibilities

• Creating and adjusting AP processes taken over from the client
• Monitoring supplier balances and ensuring their timely settlement
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintain a strong understanding of accounting regulations and compliance requirements, staying up to date with changes in the legal and regulatory landscape
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts payable transactions
• Prepare various financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable as required
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounts payable function

Our requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Fluent proficiency in French language (minimum C1/B2 level) - mandatory requirement
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Proficiency in SAP system
• Strong team player
• Availability, commitment to the work duties, communicativeness and excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results
