What you'll be doing:
At Avon, we’re passionate about creating meaningful gifting experiences that delight our customers across Europe. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our gifting portfolio - working closely with cross-functional teams and global partners to bring innovative ideas to life. You’ll dive deep into data, analyze, and use your insights to guide future planning. From pricing and cost monitoring to ensuring flawless execution, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything adds up. You’ll also collaborate with teams across categories, gather feedback, and help align our gifting strategy with broader business goals.
Key responsibilities:
What you’ll be working on:
- Supporting the Category Lead in building and managing a compelling gifting portfolio across One Europe markets.
- Leading the innovation selection and pricing process, ensuring accurate product setup and lifecycle management.
- Analyzing last year’s performance to recommend improvements and optimize future plans.
- Monitoring costs, setting pricing strategies, and ensuring data accuracy in systems - Excel will be your best friend.
- Acting as a connector across categories; gathering feedback, aligning plans, and ensuring a cohesive gifting strategy.
- Representing One Europe in global meetings and sharing insights with global partners.
What we’re looking for:
You’re someone who enjoys digging into numbers, spotting trends, and making data-driven decisions. You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in Excel. At the same time, you’re a strong communicator who enjoys working with others, gathering input, and building consensus. You’re proactive, independent, and confident in making decisions. Ideally, you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the beauty industry.
- A strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness.
- Experience in portfolio or category planning.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in English.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for the beauty industry.
