The role and the team

You will be joining multi-culture and mixed group of nationalities of energetic and communitive people. We at the Heart of Operations and the frontline between Customers and transportation companies. We are a control tower and focus on providing outstanding customer service to our shippers and carriers.

We are routinely interacting with multiple departments across the organization in a fast-paced work environment. Your primary role will be to focus on ensuring our partners are 100% serviced, by answering the inbounds calls that our Support Line is receiving or directly contacting our business partners. Whether it is providing a simple piece of information or facilitating a complex solution you will a pivotal role in the day to day success of our business. You will start with an extensive training program that will teach you what you need to know about the transportation industry and Coyote’s systems.
