What you'll be doing:
As a Brand Planner & Samples Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing our makeup innovations to life. You’ll be the go-to person for managing product samples for global creative shoots and activation campaigns. From coordinating with creative teams to ensuring samples arrive on time and in perfect condition, you’ll help make our brand vision a reality. You’ll also support the team with admin tasks and help us stay ahead of trends and competitors through insightful analysis. You’ll play a key role in bringing our makeup innovations to life.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:
- Coordinating makeup product samples for global creative shoots and marketing activations
- Liaising with brand, creative, and activation teams to plan and deliver sample needs
- Managing sample orders, logistics, and quality checks
- Supporting the brand and innovation teams with admin and data management
- Conducting trend analysis, competitor reviews, and internal category performance insights
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about beauty. A background in marketing or operations is helpful, but what matters most is your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for the makeup industry.
You should also have:
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in operations or marketing
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Confidence working with data and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in English
